MSP Property Holdings is a privately held real estate investment and property management company with a focus on single family residential properties in the state of North Carolina.  Founded in 2005, the company acquires and manages a local portfolio of investment properties incorporating value added strategies for the best returns to its partners and investors.  The daily operations of the company are handled locally to best meet the needs of our clients and residents.  The near term goals for the company is expanding on its property assets portfolio to support the needs of the local community while maintaining a personal and interactive relationship with our residents.
